Local Living

Situated at the heart of the South Bank regeneration area, Tower Works location will only become more sought-after as plans for parks, civic space and retail and hospitality venues come to fruition.

That said, the local area is already a hotbed of creative and cultural activity. Holbeck Urban village boasts a range of creative and media agencies, all supported by the coffee shops and artisan cafes to keep those lucky enough to be there fed and watered. For evenings and weekends the The Cross Keys, The Midnight Bell and the Water Lane Boathouse each off their individual take on beers, wines, cocktails and dining.

To further immerse yourself in Leeds’ beer culture, Northern Monk brewery has a tap room and refectory just yards away - with a range of cracking craft ale and delicious food on rotation. Just across the river is another host of bars and eateries - with Leeds famous The Hop serving up live music and real ale in equal measure. There are two of Leeds’ top-rated restaurants on hand too, with Matt Healy x The Foundry’s fine dining offering and Fazenda’s Brazilian rodizio a stone’s throw away.

Perfectly located for a stroll along the canal, Tower Works’ waterside position means it is great for hopping on the water taxi down to Leeds Dock, home to The Royal Armouries museum. Boat isn’t the only mode of transport right on your doorstep though, with Leeds Station’s recently opened southern entrance nearby, meaning you can hop on board a train headed in whichever direction you need within minutes.
