A joint venture between Richardson and Ask Real Estate in partnership with Homes England are the team bringing Tower Works to life. This formidable team combines regional insight with local, national and international development expertise.

Tower Works is a mixed use scheme comprising commercial offices aimed at the creative sector, new homes appealing to a wide range of people, welcoming public squares, and better pedestrian routes and improved connectivity into the city centre. The first phase of commercial development offering small suites to let is already completed. We will be on site with the first residential phase by mid 2020 and these new homes will be ready to move into in June 2022.

The superb refurbishment of Tower Works combined with a new adjoining building creates a selection of high specification offices and studios. These feature spaces from 150 sq ft to 1,500 sq ft are set within one of the most distinctive waterside developments in Leeds city centre. All suites are available on flexible terms with a minimum commitment of only one year. Prices start at just £80 per week inclusive of service charge.

The listed entrance buildings were skilfully redeveloped in 2012 alongside a striking new build element to provide high quality office and studio space specifically for creative, digital and media businesses. These offices and studios are set around a public square that lies adjacent to the canal and incorporates both the Verona and Giotto chimneys modelled on Renaissance towers in Italy

Suites range from 150 to 1,500 sq ft (1 to 20 people) and all are fully fitted ready for immediate occupation with a minimum commitment of just one year. Many have stunning water or city views and the larger units have private terraces.

Tower Works sits to the south of the train station bordering the Round Foundry and Granary Wharf developments – some of the city’s best pubs, cafes and restaurants are on your doorstep. It is less than a five minute walk away from the train station and is well connected to the motorway network with plenty of parking in the vicinity.

In total, there are 24 offices of between 150 and 1,500 sq ft at Tower Works.

The original listed building has offices across two floors of between 150 and 500 sq ft. Wherever possible, the original features of the building have been kept and restored, providing spaces with lots of character and individuality. Several of the ground floor spaces are glazed on both elevations and accessed via their own front door. The first floor offices give views from a choice of either north or south facing sash windows.

The refurbished offices are connected to a new sensitively designed four-storey building, which provides larger office space of between 500 and 1,500 sq ft with terraces and views over the city centre.

Terms are flexible, based on a licence period of just 12 months.
